This is a one-year contract, renewable based on the project's completion. The contract is specific to the project and will end upon its completion.

Assisting in gathering necessary documents for successions

Overseeing the execution of easement agreements by Project Affected Persons (PAPs)

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution

Must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), and possess a valid practicing certificate

Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Council of Legal Education

Experience in handling wayleave acquisition

Experience in the registration of easements

At least three years of experience in the wayleave acquisition process
