Job Responsibilities

  • Corporate Relations Support:

    • Assist in building and maintaining corporate relationships

  • Content Development:

    • Create content on topical issues for uploading onto the institution's websites

  • IEC Material Creation:

    • Develop Information Education Communication (IEC) materials

  • Media Monitoring:

    • Monitor media coverage relevant to the institution

  • Media Preparation:

    • Assist in preparing media reviews, briefs, press releases/statements, and supplements

  • Record Maintenance:

    • Maintain public relations records and documents

  • Event Management:

    • Participate in the management and organization of events

  • Marketing Initiatives:

    • Contribute to marketing initiatives and strategies

  • Public Communication:

    • Engage in public communication and marketing efforts

  • Job Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, International Relations and Diplomacy, Communication Management, Events Management, Front Office, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in ICT
