Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily records of visitors

  • Provide relevant information to visitors

  • Respond to visitor inquiries and telephone calls

  • Record and confirm visitor appointments

  • Document visitors' personal details

  • Welcome, guide, and direct visitors to the appropriate offices and areas

  • Issue visitor passes, arrange seating, and tag VIP seats during official and government functions

  • Job Qualifications

  • Advanced or Professional Certificate in Customer Service, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, International Relations and Diplomacy, Communication Management, Event Management, Front Office, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

  • OR
  • Three (3) years of experience as a Reception Assistant Grade 4

  • Certificate in computer application skills
