Job Description

CBRE, a global leader in real estate services and investment, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Manager. This role involves overseeing the planning and delivery of contracted work on-site, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and facilitating effective communication among staff. The Contract Manager will also manage HR activities and address any HR-related concerns promptly.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Contract Management:

    • Oversee the planning and execution of all contracted work on-site

    • Review contract terms to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards

    • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing discrepancies as they arise

  2. Communication and Coordination:

    • Ensure effective communication among all staff for seamless service delivery

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, legal) to resolve contract-related issues

  3. HR Management:

    • Manage HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and training

    • Address HR concerns and grievances promptly, ensuring adherence to company policies

    • Collaborate with the HR department to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies

  4. Risk Management:

    • Identify risks associated with contract agreements and implement mitigation strategies

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of contracted services

    • Generate reports and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role

  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively

  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools
