Job Description

Reporting to the Digital Marketing and Telesales Manager, the Telesales Agent will offer expert guidance and information to potential customers about SunCulture's range of products. Their primary responsibility is to enhance profitability and boost sales revenue through exceptional customer service and an informed, consultative sales approach. Additionally, they will handle troubleshooting and escalate complaints across various communication channels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in computer usage.

Job Responsibilities

- Achieve end-to-end product sales targets established by SunCulture, along with maintaining a high conversion rate

- Reach out to potential or existing customers, businesses, or groups to introduce them to SunCulture products using predefined scripts

- Provide detailed explanations of technical product features and address customer inquiries regarding SunCulture products

- Generate leads and establish a strong pipeline of customer accounts for SunCulture

- Conduct extensive outbound calls to meet the organization's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Customize sales scripts to better suit the needs and interests of individual prospects

- Assist in developing sales presentation content and other materials for the department

- Respond to customer correspondence via mail, phone, and in-person, and follow up on initial sales contacts

- Ensure daily talk time exceeds the hourly delivery target set by SunCulture

- Conduct client or market surveys to gather information about potential customers and measure customer experience and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in telesales or other sales roles

- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting sales quotas, preferably via phone

- Proficiency in relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems

- Ability to quickly learn about products and services and effectively communicate them to prospects

- Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong execution skills

- Excellent communication skills, capable of resolving issues and addressing complaints

- Passion for irrigation and deep industry knowledge adaptable for SunCulture

- Independent thinker with proactive decision-making abilities

- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with ambiguity

- Ability to handle pressure, remain composed, and handle rejection gracefully

- Strong organizational skills, adept at time management and meeting deadlines

- A diploma or degree in Sales or a related field is advantageous
