Job Description

Reporting directly to the Group Business Process Innovation, this role entails leading the implementation and rollout of Business Process Innovation Solutions throughout the Equity Group. These solutions encompass processes deployed through the Branch Service Hub, as well as process workflow solutions utilizing platforms such as Newgen and PowerApps.

Job Responsibilities

The primary aim is to offer strategic direction for the design, execution, and rollout of solutions focused on Process Efficiencies within Branches and the Shared Service department


Product Strategy and Vision:

- Advise and consult with Business Teams on Branch and Group Shared Services Processes requirements

- Introduce technical innovations for all designed processes

- Lead documentation of business and process requirements, solution design, and development

- Manage Change Management and rollout of implemented solutions across the group

- Foster Process Efficiency and Innovation organization-wide


Product Development and Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end Implementation of innovated processes related to the Branch Service Hub, Newgen Platform, and PowerApps

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, establish milestones, and manage product development cycles

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and compliance standards throughout the product lifecycle


Performance and Change Management:

- Drive innovation and change management for solutions within enterprise digitization

- Measure performance and usage of implemented solutions with defined KPIs

- Develop user guides and training materials for Business teams, supporting user training

- Support solution rollout and define process changes

- Conduct regular reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for enhancements or refinements


Risk Management and Compliance:

- Partner with Risk management and compliance teams to ensure compliance of implemented solutions with regulatory guidelines and internal policies

- Monitor and mitigate risks, including financial and operational risks, through robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies

- Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks


Stakeholder Management:

- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, risk management, operations, and technology teams

- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Human Resource, and Group CX to develop go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption, and enhance process efficiencies

- Provide regular updates, roadmap, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders


Market Research and Customer Insights:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs, market opportunities, and emerging trends related to Branch Process Innovation

- Deepen understanding of deployed solutions and address business pain points to drive solution usage and enhance process efficiency

Job Qualifications

Essential Knowledge


- Excellent understanding and experience in Branch Processes, Shared Services Processes, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and compliance controls

- Proficiency in Process Efficiency and Product Development

- Capability to devise, plan, execute, and implement strategies in line with corporate and project plans

- High proficiency and comfort in technical environments, capable of working in high-pressure settings and meeting tight deadlines

- Proficiency in Branch and shared services operations solutions and processes

- Thorough knowledge of Scrum and Agile Product delivery Methodology

- Familiarity with product development architecture

- Effective prioritization skills

Requirements


- Extensive experience (7+ years) in Branch and Shared Services operations with a deep understanding of processes

- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized accredited university, preferably in ICT or Business

- Profound understanding of Product Management principles and technical aspects

- Competence in Change Management

- Certification in Product Management or Change Management is advantageous

- Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating cross-functional teams

- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively

- Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging data analytics to drive insights and performance management

- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and execution

- Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships and fostering alignment across teams

- Robust project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects concurrently
