sec- Support the Group Technology strategic planning and consolidation processes, including coordinating template dissemination, engagement meetings, collation, and presentation.
- Communicate the approved Technology plan and conduct monthly reviews to ensure alignment with the plan
- Assist in preparing Performance and Strategy papers for respective governance bodies
- Manage the execution of the overall technology strategy in collaboration with responsible unit leaders and subsidiaries
- Support goal setting and accept any revisions or changes to the goals or plans that support achieving the goals
- Validate, size, and track strategic initiatives at the unit and subsidiary levels
- Provide ongoing support to work stream sponsors, leads, and initiative owners for the successful execution of the technology strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a business-related field
- Technology-related professional qualification or a Master’s in Business Administration is an added advantage
- A minimum of 5 years of experience
- Experience in handling a role in Technology Strategy at a similar or higher level
- A team player with cross-functional experience working with teams across the organization
