Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the GoLit mobile applications and related services, operated by Golit Network limited in Kenya.
1. The Service
GoLit connects customers who order gas, dealers who fulfil orders, and suppliers who deliver. GoLit facilitates ordering, coordination, and payments where enabled.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Customers, dealers, and suppliers
Customers must provide a valid delivery location and pay for accepted orders. Dealers must maintain accurate catalog and fulfil orders lawfully. Suppliers must deliver assigned orders safely and on time.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed through third parties such as Safaricom M-Pesa. GoLit does not store your M-Pesa PIN.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity.
6. Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, CareerNub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
